Do not debate with the people of the Book unless it is in the best manner, except with those of them who commit injustice. And say, “We believe in what is sent down to us and sent down to you, and our God and your God is One, and to Him we submit.” (29.46)

As for those who believe and do righteous deeds, We shall accommodate them in mansions of the Paradise beneath which rivers flow, where they will live forever. Excellent is the reward of the workers, those who patiently endure, and put their trust in their Lord! (29.58-59)

Allah extends provision to whom He wills from His servants, and straitens it. Surely Allah knows every thing well. (29.62)

This life of the world is but a pastime and a game. Lo! the home of the Hereafter - that is Life, if they but knew. (29.64)

And who does more wrong than those who fabricate lies against Allah or reject the truth after it has reached them? (29.68)

As for those who struggle in Our cause, We will surely guide them along Our Way. And Allah is certainly with the good-doers. (29.69)

Have they not reflected upon their own being? Allah only created the heavens and the earth and everything in between for a purpose and an appointed term. Yet most people are truly in denial of the meeting with their Lord! (30.8)

Have they not travelled through the land and seen how their predecessors met their end? They were mightier than them: they cultivated the earth more and built more upon it. Their own messengers also came to them with clear signs: God did not wrong them; they wronged themselves. (30.9)

Then most evil was the end of the evildoers for denying and mocking the signs of Allah. (30.10)

And one of His signs is that He created for you spouses from among yourselves so that you may find comfort in them. And He has placed between you compassion and mercy. Surely in this are signs for people who reflect. (30.21)

And of His signs is the creation of the heavens and the earth and the diversity of your languages and your colors. Indeed in that are signs for those of knowledge. (30.22)

do not be of those who associate others with Allāh, like those who have divided their faith and split into sects, each rejoicing in what they have. (30.31-32)

Have they not seen that Allah gives abundant or limited provisions to whoever He wills? Surely in this are signs for people who believe. So give your close relatives their due, as well as the poor and the traveller. That is best for those who seek the pleasure of Allah, and it is they who will be successful. (30.37-38)

Whoever disbelieves, his unbelief will be against him; and whoever acts righteously, then such people are paving the path for themselves. So that He may reward those who believe and do good, out of His grace. He truly does not like the disbelievers. (30.44-45)

So be patient, for the promise of Allah certainly is true. And do not be disturbed by those who have no sure faith. (30.60)

But there are some who employ theatrics, only to lead others away from Allah’s Way—without any knowledge—and to make a mockery of it. They will suffer a humiliating punishment. (31.6)

And We have enjoined upon man concerning his parents - His mother beareth him in weakness upon weakness, and his weaning is in two years - Give thanks unto Me and unto thy parents. Unto Me is the journeying.

But if they pressure you to associate with Me what you have no knowledge of, do not obey them. Yet keep their company in this life according to what is right, and follow the path of those who turn to Me. You will all return to Me in the end, and I will tell you everything that you have done. (31.14-15)

O my dear son! Establish prayer, encourage what is good and forbid what is evil, and endure patiently whatever befalls you. Surely this is a resolve to aspire to. (31.17)

Do not contemptuously turn your face away from people, nor tread haughtily upon earth. Allah does not love the arrogant and the vainglorious. Be moderate in your pace. And lower your voice, for the ugliest of all voices is certainly the braying of donkeys. (31.18-19)

When it is said to them, “Follow what Allah has revealed,” they reply, “No! We only follow what we found our forefathers practicing.” Would they still do so even if Satan is inviting them to the torment of the Blaze? (31.21)

Whoever fully submits themselves to Allah and is a good-doer, they have certainly grasped the firmest hand-hold. And with Allah rests the outcome of all affairs. (31.22)

And no soul perceives what it will earn tomorrow, and no soul perceives in what land it will die. Indeed, Allāh is Knowing and Aware. (31.34)

Had We willed, We could have easily imposed guidance on every soul. But My Word will come to pass: I will surely fill up Hell with jinn and humans all together. (32.13)

Who forsake their beds to cry unto their Lord in fear and hope, and spend of that We have bestowed on them. (32.16)

When they became steadfast and believed firmly in Our messages, We raised leaders among them, guiding them according to Our command. (32.24)

Indeed, your Lord will decide between them on the Day of Judgment regarding their differences. (32.25)

So turn away from them, and wait! They too are waiting. (32.30)

O Prophet, fear Allāh and do not obey the disbelievers and the hypocrites. Indeed, Allāh is ever Knowing and Wise. Follow what is revealed to you from your Lord. Surely Allah is All-Aware of what you do. And put your trust in Allah, for Allah is sufficient as a Trustee of Affairs. (33.1-3)

As ordained by Allah, blood relatives are more entitled than believers and immigrants, unless you want to show kindness to your close associates. This is decreed in the Record. (33.6)
